Terms Of Service

You agree to be purchasing my work only. If you have any issues with any of the below conditions, you may discuss them with me regarding your commissioned piece.
Please read the terms carefully:

I, The Artist:-I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.-I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.-I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.-I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client) break any of the terms.-I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, as well as in my portfolio.

You (The Client/Commissioner):-You may upload the commissioned artwork on social medias and websites. (But No Ai sites and No Ai generator sites)-You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc.)-You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.-You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).-You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.Thank you! <3

My Art provided is only to be used for you, the Client, and your personal purposes.
My Prices below are the main bases. The following factors will result in the Price going up;-Extra Characters,
More than one character in a piece. (Each character drawn will be charged separately.)- Redos of the piece,
If you want a completely redone piece (or a different piece altogether) of what we originally agreed on then I will be charging you for a whole new commission. Please make sure what you want me to draw is what you want or else you will be charged for more than one piece!Thank You! <3

I am a Dreamer, Artist and Gamer.I mainly enjoy Illustrations, Character Designs and Writing.
